Question 1

How do I know the gold from S-Jeewlani Jewellers is 100% pure and genuine?

Accepted Answer

Every piece of jewellery crafted at S-Jeewlani Jewellers is 100% hallmarked and certified by master goldsmith Santosh Kumar in Mithi. 24K items carry 999.9 fine purity, and 22K items carry 916 purity stamps. Every parcel arrives with an official signed and stamped guarantee certificate.

Question 2

What is the difference between 24K and 22K gold?

Accepted Answer

24 Karat (999.9) is 100% pure gold, primarily used for investment bars, minted biscuits, and bullion coins. Because pure 24K gold is naturally soft, jewellery ornaments (rings, necklaces, bangles) are crafted in 22 Karat (91.6% pure gold + 8.4% copper/silver alloy), giving it the durability needed to hold intricate craftsmanship and gemstones.

Question 3

Do you sell certified pure silver (Chandi)?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer 999 Fine Silver investment bars/coins (10 Tola / 116.6g) and 925 Sterling Silver wearable jewellery, all backed by our Mithi workshop guarantee.

Question 4

How are gold prices calculated on the website?

Accepted Answer

Prices on sjeewlanijewellers.com are dynamically calculated in real time using official rates from gold.pk (Karachi Saraf Jewellers Association). The formula is: (Net Gold Weight in grams × Live Karat Rate per gram) + Making Charges = Final Price in PKR. You get complete price transparency with zero hidden markups.

Question 5

What are Making Charges (Zargar / Muzdoori)?

Accepted Answer

Making charges cover the artisanal handcrafting, melting, filigree engraving, and stone-setting performed by our heritage goldsmiths. Making charges vary depending on the intricacy of the piece (typically starting from Rs 1,500 to Rs 8,000 PKR).

Question 6

Will the price change after I place my order?

Accepted Answer

No. Once you complete your checkout on our website, your gold rate is permanently locked for that order, protecting you from any subsequent intraday market rate increases.

Question 7

Can I request custom jewellery from a photo or sketch?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Santosh Kumar specializes in custom bridal sets, heritage Thari designs, name lockets, and custom rings. Simply send your reference photo via WhatsApp to +92 333 2433647 for a free weight estimate and price quote.

Question 8

How do I know my ring or bangle size?

Accepted Answer

We use standard Pakistani/Asian jewellery sizing (Ring sizes 10–26, Bangle sizes 2.2–2.10). If you are unsure, message Santosh Kumar on WhatsApp and he will guide you through a simple string or ruler measurement method.

Question 9

Do I need to create an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No! We offer frictionless guest checkout. You only provide your name, delivery address, and WhatsApp phone number. You can look up all your past orders anytime at sjeewlanijewellers.com/track-order by entering your phone number.

Accepted Answer

Question 11
