Welcome to S-Jeewlani Jewellers. By browsing our catalog, placing an order, or utilizing our gold rate tools, you agree to the following terms and gold trade standards.

1. Dynamic Gold & Silver Pricing Policy

Gold and silver are precious commodities subject to real-time market fluctuations governed by the Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

Live Market Rates & Confirmation Call Rate Lock:

When you place an order on sjeewlanijewellers.com, the gold and silver rates are dynamically calculated based on prevailing market rates. The final rate is officially locked only after our verbal verification call with the customer. Prior to confirmation, market rates may fluctuate. Once verbally confirmed by our manager Santosh Kumar, your order price is 100% locked and guaranteed.

2. Hallmark Purity & Certification

Every single ornament crafted at our Mithi goldsmith workshop adheres to certified karat purities:

24K Pure Gold (999.9 Purity): Investment bars, minted biscuits, and pure coins.
22K Jewellery Gold (916 Purity): Handcrafted bridal necklaces, bangles, rings, and earrings.
Fine Silver (999 & 925 Sterling): Hallmarked pure silver coins, chandi jewelry, and utensils.
Official Physical Certificate: Every purchase includes a signed and stamped jewelry guarantee card.

3. Order Confirmation & High-Value Payment Verification

Due to the high financial value of pure bullion and bridal sets:

Our manager Santosh Kumar will contact you via WhatsApp / Phone to confirm recipient identity and ring/bangle sizes.
For orders exceeding Rs. 100,000 PKR, a standard 10% advance deposit via Bank Transfer (Meezan, HBL, Bank of Punjab) or EasyPaisa is required before insured dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible order amounts and verified locations.

4. Custom Goldsmith Commissions

Custom-crafted bespoke designs (made to customer-provided photos or measurements) require 3 to 7 working days of master goldsmith craftsmanship. Once the raw gold has been cast into the designated custom design, the order cannot be cancelled, but free re-sizing adjustments are provided.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the commercial laws of Sindh, Pakistan, and the trade practices of the All Pakistan Sarafa Jewellers Association.
