If your received jewelry does not fit or has any craftsmanship imperfection:

• Complimentary Resizing: Free ring or bangle size adjustment within 7 days of receiving.
• Exchange for Equal Value: Exchange any unworn, tag-intact piece for any other design in our catalog.

Any jewelry or bullion bar purchased from S-Jeewlani Jewellers can be sold back to us or exchanged for new jewelry at our Mithi showroom anytime in the future:

• Ready-to-Ship Inventory: You may cancel anytime before the parcel has been picked up by the courier with 100% refund.
• Custom Bespoke Orders: Once casting and goldsmith shaping has commenced, cancellations incur a raw material processing deduction of 5%.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are disbursed directly to your designated Pakistani bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 24 to 48 hours of the returned parcel being inspected at our Mithi workshop.
